I am digging out my old papers. One of my favor papers is related to the study of conodonts. People might ask: What
in the hell is that? Nothing compared with a "bunch of cats," definetely. The answere: More sophisticated and real, academic research work.
This is what I really like to do.
Check this out! Some Paleostudies of Summer 2003
Note. During my University experience, I worked as a liason officer and, since then, I do understand well how difficult it is to keep
a "bunch of cats" together (Look at Part 6 the number of players). Clearly a challenge on an international
level (e.g., German vs. Americans etc.). Cooperation is definetely required to find a sounding solution for the
urgent problem of covering energy needs without destroying environment and biosphere.
What's New in August 2010
This might be suprising but the medical field also produces a lot of waste, espeyially nuclear waste.
The question of how to reduce the waste by implementing new technologies in the energy sector that
has kept many smart minds busy. The German and American scientist have invested quite time in finding
new technologies to solve the problem of generating clean and cheap energy. The following links show
the participation of agencies, research, and human resources from different branches of the economy
in finding new energy technologies. Text Edition of Innovation und neue Energietechnologien, Part 1 (unformated)

Part I: The Reality
It is evident that business management prefers lowest investment costs (e.g., in personnel ) which
is to result in highest profits for its enterprise. How does the inhabitants of a senior home experience
this and how does it affect the independence, dignity, and liberty of the senior?
Vulnerable groups such as children and disabled seniors are defensless when management decides
maximum profit at the expense of humanity. The observer, who tries to help, soon feels the effects
of the cruelty of profitable business policy expressed by stressed employees and management. Speechless examples
are oral abuses of employees to seniors who only try communcating and speaking out their concern and thoughts in their helplessness.
Not only the human relationships between inhabitants and staff becomes broken but also the discipline, self-respect, and following
security procedures by the staff becomes questionable.
A normal communication during breaks becomes frequently interrupted by employees' who
enjoying communicating topics such as taking over management or having a great time when an animal gets tortured to death.
The consequences of highest profit management continues which shows up by employees cleaning up contaminated human liquid
(urin contaminated with MRSA) without following given procedures (e.g., wearing mouth protection) which is to protect inhabitants,
visitors, and fellow employees. Finally, wishes of seniors or disabled patients, such as getting a new remote for the TV, are ingnored.
Observations (e.g., reporting feeling and health conditions of a senior) is given less attention by qualified personnel.
Together each effort to make life more endurable for the seniors is overruled by effectivness and business rationality.
What can be done? Clearly a communication port can share more stories like this and "order back" executives in the rationality of humanity.
This is why it is important to have a functioning democracy in order to pull out the "rotten teeth" of society.
Part II: The Learning Process
To remedy the problems as above discussed, the management needs to reorganize its organization. I have done some efforts to create a solution which will serve business and
humanity rationality. Organizational Considerations

A month where I had to do some "homework." (aaahh)
The medical field is quite interesting. Complex? Certainly, and it is
not boring. On the top, understanding, endurance, and tolerance are required to get
the job done in harmony with the patients, employees, and visitors.
Month April 2010
The final version is now running on a test server.
Nautilus Message Board: Ein universal Schreib, Mail, und Informationsboard System
serves old and young, business people and scientists, and students and academics to exchange
messages while enjoying its easy use and flexibility.
The creator of the nautilus system is now going to take care about people who
are in need. Thus I now participate in some night classes to enter brought spectrum of
the medical field. One major topic: Demenz (e.g. Altzheimer). A challenge? Of course, because the brain
is the most complex and difficult organ of humans and is not, even in the closest sense, comparable with any CPU.
Month March 2010
Now the day is coming. The projekt is in its final stage: Testing.
How does it work? A new user receives a logging and password. Nautilus Online Message Board
serves the user with user friendly search engines, a writing portal, a mail system, and
a simple administrative menu to assign user permissions. The strength of this system is
an open mail system for the registered users and an individual writing portal for each user.
The writing portal is protected from any access from any user. This, however, can be opened to
users who like to read the writings of one or serveral other users. The open mail system
servers herein as 'First Contact' tool to win other users' interest in his or her writings.

This is an update of my latest programming experience. PHP, which
stands for hypertext preprocessor, works for creating dynamic
internet pages such as applications for e-commerce and general information
systems. The project, Nautilus Online Journaling, is an universal message,
write, and storage system. It includes the combination of html, php, css, and
javascript programming. The base of saving, managing, and retrieving data is a
database system. I favor MySQL, a database management system for relational databases,
which processes queries faster than PostgreSQL.

Chrismas is here. I got some opportunities in my programming now. New project: An universal messages system, writing port and database in one written in mySQL, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.

It appeared to be great all the time outside.
